OKBetPH Terms and Conditions

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the OKBetPH website or mobile platform, clicking "I Agree," or completing the registration process, you are entering into a binding agreement with OKBetPH. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether registered or unregistered, and cover every interaction you have with OKBetPH — from browsing our game lobby to placing bets and withdrawing your winnings.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. All three documents form part of the overall agreement between you and OKBetPH.

OKBetPH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of OKBetPH after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

OKBetPH is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any part of the OKBetPH platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines or be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is permitted.
• You are not permitted to register if you are a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an OKBetPH employee.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether requested voluntarily or imposed by OKBetPH or any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

OKBetPH may request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation when asked, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

3Account Registration & Responsibility

Each player is allowed onlyone (1) account on OKBetPH. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through a third party — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

What You Agree to When Registering

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Fake names, borrowed IDs, or false addresses are not tolerated on OKBetPH.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Update your account details promptly if any of your personal information changes.
• Notify OKBetPH immediately at support@okbetph.asia if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

OKBetPH complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may require you to complete identity verification at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys Card, Passport, UMID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account suspension.

4Deposits & Accepted Payment Methods

OKBetPH supports a wide range of Philippine payment methods to make deposits convenient for every Filipino player. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP,₱).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and will be shown at checkout.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your OKBetPH account within minutes. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• OKBetPH does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawing your winnings from OKBetPH is straightforward, provided your account is verified and in good standing. All payouts are made in Philippine Peso (₱).

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in compliance with AML regulations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 banking days. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are typically faster and may be processed within a few hours.
• OKBetPH reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if verification documents are outstanding or if unusual account activity is detected.
• Any winings that result from a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest mistake may be declared void and will not be paid out.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

OKBetPH regularly offers promotions to reward both new and existing players — from welcome bonuses and rebates to referal rewards and event-based specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms stated on the promotion page.

• Bonus funds are subject to awagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific turnover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• OKBetPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly if abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Using more than one account to claim a bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or gifted to another player.
• Free bets and free spins issued as bonuses have a monetary cap on the maximum payout unless otherwise specified.

7Betting Rules & Game Conduct

OKBetPH offers a wide range of games including live baccarat, slots, fishing games, football betting, MA wagering, and virtual sports. Each game category has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the respective game or section. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the relevant game rules explicitly allow it.
• OKBetPH uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios.
• For sports betting, OKBetPH follows industry-standard settlement rules. Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or voided will be settled according to the applicable sports rules displayed at the time of betting.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, OKBetPH's decision — based on its server logs and game records — is final.
• Players found to be exploiting game bugs, software glitches, or mathematical errors for financial gain will have their winings voided and their accounts suspended.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on OKBetPH and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of AI to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in games or sports events
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using OKBetPH for money laundering
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing another person to use your account
• Attempting to reverse transactions, dispute legitimate charges, or execute unauthorized chargebacks
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OKBetPH staff or other players through any communication channel

9Security & Privacy

OKBetPH takes the security of your personal data and financial information seriously. We use bank-grade SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all transactions and data transmissions. Your payment details are processed through certified payment gateways and are never stored directly on OKBetPH servers.

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should also read before registering. In summary:

• Unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure

12Account Suspension & Termination

OKBetPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, attempted chargebacks, or involvement in money laundering
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Confirmed use of prohibited software or cheating methods
• Account inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months

If your account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason (e.g., your own request or inactivity), any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification.

13Changes to These Terms

OKBetPH may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of OKBetPH after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
